Assistant to the director, travel and purchasing, assisting with publication invoicing and distribution. Joined Alaska Sea Grant in July 2007.

B.A. Communication, University of Alaska Fairbanks

Expertise

UAF travel and purchasing regulations and policy, and event logistics. Skilled in investigating and troubleshooting purchasing issues. Responsible for ASG event catering.

Recent and current projects

Coordinating ASG's annual Advisory Committee meeting in November 2008.
Developing in-house administrative resources Web page for use by ASG staff.
Procuring research supplies for graduate students.

What I do when not at Sea Grant

I like working on stained glass projects, landscaping, watching football and traveling to visit my Arizona family.
