Sea Grant offers publication on shipping live seafood Date:
21 September 2001 FAIRBANKS, Alaska—Increasingly, fishermen are gearing up to ship their products alive to market. To help in this growing segment of the seafood industry, the Alaska Sea Grant College Program offers a new book that describes the marketing and shipping of live finfish and shellfish, as well as other aquatic species such as ornamentals, and plants.
