FAIRBANKS, Alaska—Increasingly, fishermen are gearing up to ship their products alive to market. To help in this growing segment of the seafood industry, the Alaska Sea Grant College Program offers a new book that describes the marketing and shipping of live finfish and shellfish, as well as other aquatic species such as ornamentals, and plants.
